Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This policy explains what data the QuoteSpark mobile app (com.quotespark.app) collects when you use it, how it is used, and your rights. The data controller is Dode Yazılım.
2. Data We Collect
- Account info: Email address, display name, profile photo (from Apple/Google sign-in).
- App preferences: Selected categories, mood tags, favorite quotes, language and theme.
- Activity data: Daily streak, completed quests, AI coach (Spark) chat history.
- Subscription status: Purchase ID and subscription status via RevenueCat (card details never reach us; payments are handled by Apple/Google).
- Notification device ID: Device token (APNs/FCM) used to deliver push notifications.
- Crash reports: Anonymous error traces via Sentry (no personal data attached).
3. How We Use Data
- Create your account and enable sign-in.
- Recommend quotes based on your preferences (category, mood, language filter).
- Maintain your streak, run daily quests, and deliver scheduled reminders.
- Store AI coach chat history locally and forward context to the OpenAI API for replies.
- Verify subscription status and unlock premium content.
- Diagnose app errors and improve stability.

5. Data Retention
We retain your account data until you delete your account. To delete your account use Settings → Delete account inside the app or email [email protected]. Once deleted, all user data is permanently removed from Supabase within 30 days. Sentry crash reports are auto-deleted after 90 days.
6. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, and port your data. To exercise these rights: [email protected]
7. Children's Privacy
QuoteSpark is not intended for users under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account, we will delete it without delay.
8. Changes
When this policy is updated, the effective date will change; significant changes will be announced inside the app.
