Privacy Policy
1. What This Policy Covers
This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights when you use the Dream Insight AI mobile app (com.ruyatabiri.ai). The data controller is Dode Yazılım.
2. Data We Collect
- Account information: Email address, display name, profile photo (from Apple/Google sign-in or email registration).
- Dream content: The dream text you type, voice recordings of dreams you narrate (audio), the AI interpretations generated from them, and images created for your dream.
- App preferences: Language, theme, notification settings, and your in-app choices.
- Subscription status: Purchase identifier and subscription state via RevenueCat (card details never reach us; they are handled by Apple/Google payment infrastructure).
- Notification device identifier: Device token (APNs/FCM) used to send push notifications.
- Usage and analytics: Pseudonymous usage data such as which screens are used, feature interactions, and device/session identifiers (PostHog).
- Crash reports: Anonymous error traces via Sentry if the app crashes (no personal data).
3. How We Use Data
- To create your account and let you sign in.
- To generate dream interpretations: Your voice recording is sent to OpenAI (Whisper) to be transcribed into text; your dream text is sent to OpenAI (GPT) to produce an interpretation.
- To generate a dream image: An image is created based on your dream description via fal.ai.
- To store your dream history and interpretations linked to your account and show them back to you.
- To verify subscription status and grant access to premium content.
- To send reminder and informational notifications.
- To diagnose app errors, understand usage, and improve stability.

5. Microphone and Voice Recordings
Microphone access is used only when you choose to narrate your dream by voice, for the purpose of transcribing the recording into text. Your recording is sent to OpenAI (Whisper) for transcription. Microphone permission is optional; you can also enter dreams by typing. The app does not record audio silently in the background.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and dream data until you delete your account. To request deletion, use Settings → Delete Account in the app or write to [email protected]. When the account is deleted, all user data (dream text, voice recordings, images, interpretations) is permanently deleted from Supabase within 30 days. Sentry crash reports are auto-deleted after 90 days.
7. Your Rights (KVKK / GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, and port your data. To make a request: [email protected]
8. Children's Privacy
Dream Insight AI is not designed for use by children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account, we will delete it without delay.
9. Changes to This Policy
When this policy is updated, the effective date changes; significant changes are announced in the app.
